COM 403 Theory and Research
The assignment was to conduct a marketing communications plan on the Flagler College Crisp-Ellert Art Museum, with the aim of increasing awareness about the museum and attendance at museum events. The project provided a real world application of the theories and research tactics taught in the class to complete the plan.
The project allowed me to display an understanding of strategic communication theories and research tactics. Various research studies demanded knowledge in strategic communication research, analysis and implementation. From student and faculty surveys to in-depth interviews and focus groups. The knowledge learned from past communication, advertising and marketing classes allowed for developing a marketing action plan to assist in implementation of research report results.
